How do I register?

To register for the Pacific Northwest Counseling Conference, CLICK HERE or call the Counseling Ministry | 425.488.4121. The cost is $145 per person.

What is included in the registration cost?

The cost covers conference supplies and materials, snacks and beverages that are provided in between sessions, as well as lunch on Saturday.  For virtual attenders, it covers the cost of the breakout recordings, and digital materials that will be emailed.

How long is registration open?

Registration will be open through May 5, or until capacity has been reached (for those attending in person).

What is your cancellation and transfer policy?

You may cancel your registration and receive a 90 percent refund if requested by April 1, 2021.  You will receive a 50 percent refund if you cancel by May 1, 2021.  The cost is non-refundable after that time. You may contact to transfer your registration to another individual until May 1, 2021.  We will not accept transfers after that time.  Please be prepared to give the name and contact information for the person to whom you are transferring.  Please note, they will not be able to change breakout sessions unless there is room available, which will be determined on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Any transfer of finances related to this is between the two parties involved; Canyon Hills will not be responsible to arrange any payments.

How do I change a breakout session?

You may email with your request to switch, which will be accommodated based on available space through May 1, 2021.  Please note, we will not be able to switch sessions after that time.

What is ACBC Certification?

How do I get recordings of sessions?

Each session will be audio recorded and available for purchase at the conference.  You will receive an email with a link, once audio has been downloaded and edited.

Do you offer childcare?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare for this event, and as a courtesy to all our attenders, we kindly ask that you do not bring your children with you.  Infants are welcome to attend with parents (we do offer a family room at the back of our Worship Center if it is needed).

Where and when do I check in?

You will be able to check in at our main church lobby at the registration table.  This table will be open on Thursday, June 5, from 5-7pm, and again on Friday, beginning at 3pm.

Where should I park?

You may park anywhere in the parking lot of the main Canyon Hills Community Church building, or in front of our other buildings (Canyon Hills 3 and 4).  Please note any signs that reserve parking for other businesses.  You may also park at the Park ‘N Ride, just one block south on 17th Ave.  It’s a short walk or golf cart ride to the church!

Will you be able to accommodate food allergies?

We will do our best to offer a variety of foods, snacks, and beverages for those who have food allergies or sensitivities.  If you have a severe allergy, or many allergies/sensitivities, we ask that you bring your own food or plan on eating offsite for lunch.  While we hope to accommodate as much as we can, we know individual needs vary greatly and we will not be able to guarantee all needs are met.

What precautions are you taking for COVID?

We will communicate all requirements and recommendations in advance of the conference at a closer date when we are aware of what current protocols and mandates will be at that time.  This may include: wearing a mask, sitting spaced apart from those not in your household, utilizing our hand sanitizing stations, following arrows of entrance and exit to a room, only offering individually packaged food and beverages, and more.  We will cap capacity of this event at the maximum attendance permitted for our spaces to offer the ability to spread out.
