Each session will be video recorded and available for purchase at the conference. After purchasing, you will receive an email with a link, once video has been downloaded and edited.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare for this event, and as a courtesy to all our attenders, we kindly ask that you do not bring your children with you. Infants are welcome to attend with parents (we do offer a family room at the back of our Worship Center if it is needed).
Where and when do I check in?
You will be able to check in at our main church lobby at the registration table. This table will be open on Friday, beginning at 3pm.
You may park anywhere in the parking lot of the main Canyon Hills Community Church building, or in front of our other buildings (Canyon Hills 3 and 4). Please note any signs that reserve parking for other businesses. You may also park at the Park ‘N Ride, just one block south on 17th Ave. It’s a short walk to the church!
Will you be able to accommodate food allergies?
We will do our best to offer a variety of foods, snacks, and beverages for those who have food allergies or sensitivities. If you have a severe allergy, many allergies/sensitivities, or other specific diet, we ask that you bring your own food or plan on eating offsite for lunch. While we hope to accommodate as much as we can, we know individual needs vary greatly and we will not be able to guarantee all needs are met.
